Sharon Lewis is a Paris‑ and London‑based Partner at Hogan Lovells and one of the firm’s leading voices on the Future of Finance. A dual‑qualified capital markets lawyer, she serves as Lead Partner for Future of Finance and Co‑Chair of the global Digital Assets & Blockchain practice, which she co‑founded to guide institutions through digitalisation, tokenisation, and emerging financial technologies. Sharon advises on high‑impact capital markets transactions across securitization, structured finance, derivatives, corporate bonds, and pioneering digital asset matters. Sharon also advises on financing transactions connected to strategic and highly regulated sectors, including defence‑related industries, where her experience in structured finance and complex capital markets products supports clients operating in sensitive geopolitical contexts. Sharon is a recognised contributor to TheCityUK’s Digitisation of Capital Markets report and plays a key role in Global Digital Finance’s TMMF report, helping shape global thinking on tokenised collateral.
