Olena Kurynska is a senior institutional markets professional with more than 20 years of experience across Tier 1 global investment banks, including J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Citi and Deutsche Bank.
Her experience spans primary and secondary markets, fixed income and credit, equities, complex financial products, market infrastructure, clearing and collateral, risk and governance, and large-scale operating model transformation.
Olena also brings four years of direct experience across the UAE and Saudi Arabian capital markets. During her time at Citi, she worked across EMEA primary debt and equity markets, supporting the execution of multi-billion-dollar transactions, including landmark sovereign, corporate and government-related issuances across the Gulf.
Her experience covers the full lifecycle of institutional markets, from pre-trade and transaction execution through to product governance, post-trade infrastructure and regulatory change. She is particularly interested in how digital assets,24/7 settlement, tokenisation and evolving market infrastructure can translate technological innovation into practical, scalable solutions for institutional markets.
Olena is based in London and maintains strong links with the Middle East.
