Mike Manning leads institutional finance at Ava Labs, working with banks, corporates, and financial market infrastructure operators to deploy tokenization, trading, FX, and wholesale finance applications on Avalanche.
Before joining Ava Labs, Mike served as Amazon’s first Head of Blockchain and Digital Currency, where he led the development of Amazon’s strategic vision for blockchain across its consumer, seller, and partner businesses. He also held senior roles at Figure Technologies and Symbiont, two of the leading capital markets blockchain companies, focused on on-chain debt issuance and FX collateral management. He is the founding CEO of DealVector, a fintech company that brought greater transparency to asset-backed securities, where he continues to serve on the board.
