Lucy Snowball is a Director based in London, with responsibility for digital assets at BNY, with a particular focus on collateral tokenisation. Her role centres on the governance, structuring, and end‑to‑end delivery of tokenised products, including how traditional financial assets can be issued, managed, and utilised in digital form at institutional scale. Prior to BNY, Lucy held roles at J.P. Morgan and State Street, began her career in accountancy at Deloitte, and holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of Exeter.
