Kelly Moffatt is the Head of Digital Assets Compliance for Citi and leads a team that is responsible for defining and executing Citi’s firmwide compliance strategy for all digital asset–related activities across compliance risk stripes and business lines. Prior to joining Citi in 2022, she held the role of Head of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) Compliance for several of J.P. Morgan’s Irish regulated legal entities and has prior international experience working with Amazon Payments, State Street, Guidepoint, and INTERPOL Washington.
