Joy is currently COO for Digital Assets at Deutsche Bank, where she is engaged in strategic initiatives to implement distributed ledger technology.
She is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and completed the Oxford University Fintech Programme. She was also selected as a Rise Up Fellow for the annual Money 20/20 Conference. Joy has a proven track record of success in a variety of roles, including cybersecurity business advisory, communications, government and regulatory affairs, innovation, product development, and financial services.
In her spare time, she is involved in supporting several causes. She is the deputy chair of Deutsche Bank’s UKI Black Leadership Forum and is a donor and supporter of the Serpentine Gallery and the Victoria & Albert Museum in London.
Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where she was a Bridge Fellow.
