Dilveer Vahali is the General Manager and Lead Counsel at TCG Crypto where he represents Crypto on a wide variety of legal matters, including all mergers and acquisitions transactions, and manages the fund operations. Dilveer started at TCG as Deputy General Counsel and handled the Firm’s daily legal and transaction work. Prior to joining TCG, Dilveer was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he concentrated his practice in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, private equity and corporate governance. He represented buyers, sellers, private equity funds and their portfolio companies and financial institutions in a variety of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, secured and unsecured acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, restructurings, recapitalizations, minority investments, and executive compensation and equity incentive arrangements. Dilveer began his career in investment banking as a financial analyst in Citigroup’s Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions group. Dilveer has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a ‘Rising Star’ each year from 2018-2021 and is an adjunct professor at USC Gould School of Law. Dilveer graduated with a BA in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University before receiving his JD from the USC Gould School of Law and MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.
