Atul heads Product for Partior, the trusted global network for value exchange In this role, he drives Partior’s global product strategy, development and commercialisation, with his deep understanding of businesses, products and systems across the financial ecosystem.

Atul has been an evangelist for blockchain initiatives since 2016, when Project Ubin, a collaborative industry project led by Monetary Authority of Singapore commenced. A product innovator with global delivery experience, Atul has built new businesses and pioneered a number of industry-leading payments and transformational digital initiatives in his 25 years+ experience.

Before joining Partior in early 2022, Atul was the Group Payments Head at DBS Global Transaction Services. In this role, he led DBS’ Payments business for corporates and financial institutions internationally. Under his leadership, the bank pioneered several initiatives, and was the first bank in Asia Pacific to launch online tracking services for cross-border payments (for outgoing payments and then for incoming payments too); and part of an initial group of banks to go live with PayNow Corporate in Singapore and Faster Payment System in Hong Kong. Atul was also the product lead for the development of DBS Treasury Prism, the world’s first online treasury and cash management platform for CFOs and corporate treasurers, and has held other roles such as
Head of Cash Management in DBS India, during which he started the bank’s cash management business in the country, and thereafter, Group Head of Liquidity Management, Liabilities and Accounts.

Atul has experience across treasury, corporate banking, securities services, trade finance and cash management, with roles in product, sales, relationship management and operations functions. Atul started his career with Citibank, and worked with HSBC and DBS, before joining Partior. He holds an MBA from Delhi University’s Faculty of Management Studies and Bachelor degree in Engineering also from Delhi University in India.
