Michelle Neal is CEO of Fnality, the first fully regulated DLT-based wholesale payment system that settles central bank funds on-chain. Previously, Michelle served as Head of Markets at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and led global Markets at BNY Mellon. She has also held leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Nomura, RBC Capital Markets and RBS, focusing on modernizing and strengthening financial market infrastructure.
